Production is checked against the approved artwork, product specification and packing count. Each set includes a diploma, medal and ribbon in an individual euro-slot bag.
Any shortage, damage or print issue must be documented with the project reference, carton labels, counts and clear photos. The claim is reviewed against the approved proof and written specification before a remedy is issued.
