Manufacturer and quality control

Approved proof, written specification and documented claims.

Production is checked against the approved artwork, product specification and packing count. Each roll is film packed; standard export cartons contain 30 units and a full pallet contains 24 cartons. Partial cartons require confirmation.

Any shortage, damage or print issue must be documented with the project reference, carton labels, counts and clear photos. The claim is reviewed against the approved proof and written specification before a remedy is issued.
